Cannot delete old Draft message?

Hi Guys
Cannot delete this old draft
No message details , just the number 1
This is on my old MBP,

And if you create a new draft, and then delete said draft via a browser (versus an email app), does that help?
My hope is the new draft, when deleted, would somehow force the cache of the other to disappear...

well, that didn't work 🙂
Now there is a number 2 🙂
Not the end of the world , just curious how to sort it out?

Last thing I can think off. Remove your email account (or merely uncheck it on the device), and then re-add/enable it.
See if that solves it...

PS: So, in webmail (via a browser) there are no draft emails?

Well, problem solved, although I could not see any messages,
when I clicked on this I could see the 2 messages, and then delete them
