Cannot delete old icloud backup....

I reset my old ipad mini to sell it and logged in on my new ipad... now i cannot delete my old icloud backup... each time i select to delete it says Try again later 🙁

Try doing it from a computer. Go to Settings -> iCloud -> Manage Storage. If that doesn't work, call Apple. They can remove it.
