Plugged into the mac...launched image capture....deleted all photos shown....unplug it and there are still many photos still in the phone....I think that it has always been the intent of Apple to make deleting anything difficult at best.
It really makes me angry + I took two photos of damage for the insurance company and today...there are no where...I am seeing answers...pls if you dont have this problem...kindly refrain from posting that on this question. Thanks.
 
some I took with the phone others I have no idea how or where they came from. Others have disappeared such as the ones I took for a insurance claim.
 
Well, the only ones that you can delete using your iPhone are those that are in the Camera Roll. Any others will be on your Mac, probably in Photos/iPhoto, and you will have to delete them from there and the sync your iPhone to get them removed from there.
