Cannot Download Movies / TV Shows on iTunes

I can purchase an episode but the "download" button afterwards does not work and has not been working for like a month. Already signed in and out multiple times. Running latest macOS and iTunes version btw.

Works on iPad just fine. Starting to get really annoying
