Cannot download songs from iCloud

In the front page of MacRumors, the problem with iTunes is resolved but it is not. When I tried to download music, it keep displays 'Terms & Condition.....' for each song within the album. Is Apple working on it?

I go to iTunes on my iPad (iOS 6) and go to 'Purchased' page and it remains blank. No list of what I've bought, nothing...
