Cannot find server

Sometimes when I visit website, I get an error message that it cannot find the server/site. This JUST started happening this week. It happens with both Safari and Chrome. it does not happen on my Windows PCs. Is this a new bug in 10.10.3?

Try restarting your computer, or resetting safari

I did. And restarted Airport Extremes and the modem.

That is it? There is nothing I can do? I have to use Windows or downgrade to Mavericks?
