Cannot get time back on lock screen!

I want to get the standard clock time display back on my lock screen and can't !

ANy help appreciated. I have deleted all apps that might be affecting it and resprung several times without success.
 
go into lockinfo settings and under layout for lockscreen set "hide lock clock" to off.
