iPod touch Cannot initialize SFTP protocol. Is the host running a SFTP server?

Anyone else get this error when using WinSCP? It worked on Friday when I jailbroke my iPod touch, but today (Monday) I cannot connect to the touch. If I switch the session to SCP instead of SFTP it connects, but cannot copy anything over to the touch.

It's as if the touch automatically switched to read-only. How can I make the touch read/write again without doing a full touchfree reinstall?

I've got Windows XP SP2. Also, apps still download and install.

When i got that message I dowloaded openssh off installer.app and it worked for me, you could try it to see if that helps
