cannot install Dev Preview 2 to my hard drive

Running preview 1 on MacHD now, why wouldnt it let me install to the same drive?

Look at the Installer Log.

Window --> Installer Log (command + L)

ahhh thank you... except the error im getting is that it could not find the compatibility update. But it installed that via software update the day the software was released.
