Cannot log into Mac mini

Hello, I bought a new Mac mini 4 last week and it was working fine, but now I get an error message saying “Can not login user ‘X’ at this time” when I try to login.

Reinstalled Tahoe, but the error is still there. I am using the correct password.

How do I fix this error message? Thank you in advance…
