Cannot open a zip.part file. Help?

I cannot open a zip.part file, is there any way I am able to?

I don't think so. I believe that .zip.part files are created while the file is downloading, once the download is complete they become .zip files. What you've got is an incomplete download. You need to download the file in it's entirety to get one that's unzippable.
