iPhone Cannot reboot tethered jailbroken iPhone 4 6.1.3

Hi, I cannot reboot my jailbroken device when put into dfu mode.I know how to put it in dfu mode but the actual problem is that my iphone wouldn't have enough battery to do the process..... And charging the phone wouldnt do anything at all... Please help ASAP 🙂

Ok I bought the battery online hoping what you said works.... So let's say in future reference... It doesn't work.... Any other suggestions? Thanks 🙂

I had fixed the problem by restoring my device...No more tethered jailbreak for me anymore 🙂.
