Recently, my Windows partition stopped working.
When booting, it just gets stuck on the grey screen.
I want to reinstall but I want to back up my files beforehand.
The problem is, I cannot see the files in OSX.
When I view the partition in finder, there are no files.
The partition was made with Boot Camp.
I have tried Tuxera NTFS and NTFS-3G and I know that they work since I can view files off my USB HDD in NTFS.
Does anyone have any tips as to recovering these files?

When I "get info" for the Windows partition, this is what it says:
Kind: Volume
Created: 2011
Modified: 2011
Format: Windows NT Files System
Capacity: 77.35 GB
Available: 39.26 GB
Used: 38.09 GB on disk

I am using a MacBook Pro 5,5 with OS X Version 10.6.8
2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
