Cannot reinstall Installer. Blue question mark after restoring

I had some issues if jailbreakme so I restored my touch. I went back to jailbreakme.com and tried to reinstall it after restoring my ipod. I still have the blue question mark after restoring twice. How do I fix this?

I tried restore once more and nothing happened. I also reinstalled itunes then tried to restore through itunes and reset all the settings. I am still getting the blue question mark on the install jailbreak page.

I have a feeling you restored with the 1.1.2 firmware. The tiff exploit is fixed in that version. If this is the case, you need to downgrade before you can jailbreak.

Thats what I thought the problem was. Can someone direct me to down grade to 1.1.1 from 1.1.2. Thanks
