Cannot remove item from downloads window?

I recently downloaded a file, but I deleted it before I cleared it from the downloads window. Now the dang thing won't leave the downloads window. Any way to fix this?

I've already tried reseting Safari.
Tried COMPLETELY uninstalling it + reinstalling.
Tried downloading the file again to see if it would go away.

Try trashing Library/Safari/Downloads.plist in your home folder.
