Cannot select HD upload to YouTube in iPhone 5

all of the sudden when i attempt to upload a video from my i5 to You Tube, i only get the option to do it in Standard Definition. The HD (Requires Wi-Fi) option is gray and not available when I am on a Wi-Fi network. i am using IOS 8.1. Any thoughts?

I noticed this too, a work around is use iMovie to upload it and you have HD options
