Cannot send emails with mail! Urgent!

I can receive email from my hotmail account using MacFreePOPS. but when i click new message, the send icon is greyed out.

Please help!!!

Whats the outgoing mail server for hotmail?

if it is urgent then just sign into hotmail online and send the email, rather than demand a response.
