Cannot transfer my lockinfo license to my new iPhone.

Got the white iPhone yesterday and can't transfer my lockinfo license to it. It says there is no associate email address like mine. I have the receipt on my amazon checkout. The developer will not answer my emails either 🙁 any ideas??
