Mine is iphone 11. After I turn on iCloud Drive, it will auto off again after I leave Setting and go back again. Not even using half of 5gb storage. Any idea?

I'm assuming you're signed in to iCloud? Is find my working? If it is you might try to sign out of iCloud restart the phone and then sign back in to iCloud

Yes, The iCloud Drive asked me to upgrade to iCloud Drive every time when I try to turn it on.
Are you talking about iCloud Drive or iCloud Private Relay? The only thing that I've had asking me to upgrade from the free 5gb iCloud storage is Private Relay... Switching iCloud drive on your Mac and other devices should work from the iCloud settings without asking to upgrade unless the 5gb free storage isn't big enough to handle what would be kept on iCloud Drive..

What's it asking you to upgrade to? A bigger iCloud plan like 50gb for 99¢ a month? If possible can you post a pic of the notification

Just like this picture without the MacBook part

What version of iOS or MacOS is it asking you to upgrade to? Or are all of them up to date and you're just getting these notifications

I am using latest IOS 15.2 in my iPhone 11. Just this one device for my apple account.

I check online and I may lose some data if I logout apple account in iPhone, so I will just wait for Apple fixes this bug.

If all of you got the same problem, just login your account with safari on mac / pc with icloud.com, and than you got fixed.
