Cannot update watch os, says not connect to internet

In the apple watch app It will not let me see updates Keeps saying I am not connect to internet. I have no issue accessing apps in app store or updating iphone. Just Apple watch os update I get the error message, so not sure why it keep saying this. I am connected to the internet. Please help!

I had that for a while when 2.0 was released, might just be an issue with the update server not being contactable at the moment. I'd try reboot both the iPhone and watch to be sure.
