I am using the horrible www.viewmymessage.com/2 site and i keep getting the error 'failure encountered during view message'. Anyone else getting this?

It's a crap system. I haven't been able to receive ANY messages in the last week that are on www.viewmymessage.com/2
and viewmymessage.com/1 is about 50%
I keep telling people to stop sending me messages because at&t sucks but they keep sending them.
