I bought the Apple TV 4. Now I am not able to watch rented films( rented on ITunes ) The film momentarily starts ( spinning ball,black screen ) and then the screen reverts back to the main menu. Have tried it on my mac and also on the PC. Nothing works. I can watch purchased films OK. I rang apple and they are sending me a USB C cable to connect the Apple TV to the PC and then reset it. I hope this will work. Otherwise I will be demanding money back. I had Apple TV 3 and never had a problem.
