Canon 7D battery grip

Just a quick question.

I'm looking at buying a battery grip for my 7D and would like to know if there are any third party grips out there that add features the OEM version does not? I did google some on it but couldn't find anything.

The only one that I know of that adds any features is the Polaroid version.

Not sure how well it works though. FWIW, I have a factory Canon BG-E7 that works great.

If you go with that suggestion please be aware that is item is not a genuine Polaroid supported product.
It's actually an item with licensed Polaroid branding on it.
