Canon MX435 - Good printer?

Can pick one of these up for £49. Prints 600 pages in black and 400 colour with a 4800x1200 DPI. I have an Epson printer, but it is really expensive to run and does not support Airprint which this one does.

Need some quick answers as I have one on reserve for pickup tmoz.
