Can't access *3001#12345#*

I go to emergency dialer and enter "*3001#12345#*" and hit dial but it goes nowhere. The green dial button shows it being depressed yet nothing.


Sorry if this has been answered, I did a search and could not find.

I'd do a hard reset. I just entered the menu by just dialing that in phone menu. Does it work on emergency calls? 😕
