Can't access Apple's online educational store

Hey guys, I want to get onto Apple's educational store to purchase a new 15" Macbook Pro but I get a message saying "Sorry... Unable to enter requested store." Does anyone else get this message? Is the store just down?

Yup, I'm using the USA store for Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
