Can't access display 'expert calibration'?!

Hi all, I have an HP LP3065 monitor and it's profile is very yellow. I am trying to calibrate it but there is no way to choose expert mode as I once did before. I have searched for ages trying to find an answer but still nothing

Any advice?

First, you ought to check the settings on the HP monitor itself to make sure they're not out of whack.

To get to the "Expert" mode hold down the option key while clicking "Calibrate...".

Thanks but the monitor only has brightness settings, no menu options. I can't option-click 'calibrate' either as it doesn't show on my bar-at-the-top-thingy
