Cant access drivers license on watch

My watch says the drivers license is there and I can access it on my phone but for some strange reason I keep on getting this error message on the watch when my iPhone is unlocked. I USED to be able to access my license on my watch just fine. Perhaps in one of apples system updates the link got broken. Anyone?
