Cant access 'featured' tab on app store

Today via the app store on my phone I clicked on the genius tab and chose the activate it. It didnt seem to activate sucessfully and now each time I try to access the featured tab I get the following error:

'the itunes store could not process your request, please try again later'

All other tabs such as 'top 25' etc are working fine.

I have tried synching with itunes and activating genius from itunes with no luck.

Anything anyone can suggest before I do a restore?

hey, how did u fix it? Mine in doing the same thing in the UK.. I dont want to have to restore if possible.

Hi what fixed if for me what to go into settings (on the phone) > general > reset > reset all settings.

This doesnt clear any of your apps etc, but you will have to set your wallpaper again, and if you want push/location services on or of etc.
