I am totally frustrated. Since ordering by phone on 10/7 around 9 AM, I cannot access my order information on my account or the order update link provided in the email. I have called three different numbers this morning and there is still no information on my order (they claim they can't find it) and when I press O to talk to an operator, they say that is not possible at this time. Has anyone else ordered by phone and have this problem? When I open the ATT app on my 3gs, it lists the new 4s phone number, but there is no other information there.
