Can't access PC over wireless

Hey guys,
I've been trying to access my PC over our wireless internet.
I can see the computer name, no problem but when I start to access it, it asks for a password, I enter the password that I log in with but it says wrong password. So I inserted the Mac OSX CD and reset my password. Did a restart and came back to it, still no luck....
I've tried all my passwords, including the one I use for my PC, anyone got any ideas?

Whatever computer you are connecting to is the password you need to use.

The only thing I can think of, is that if Windows has a blank password, you'll need to create one in order to connect to it.
