Can't access services - Microsoft Management Console has stopped working

Hi there, pretty new to parallels and as the title says everytime I try and access Services I get the same error.

My set up is:

i7 MacBook Pro Stock + 120GB Vertex2e 120GB
Parallels Desktop for Mac 6
Virtual Machine: Windows 7 Home Premium.

Have tried disabling all non Microsoft services in Msconfig + start up programs, no joy.

Tried in Safe Mode and works fine.

Programs wise all I have installed is:

Windows Security Essentials
Microsoft Office 2010 Professional
Steam
Dragon Age Origins
Revo Uninstaller
IE 9 Beta
Chrome

Any ideas how I can get this to work?
