Carrier Can't Activate T-Mobile Cellular Data on iPad Air

    :mad:I got my iPad Air from T-Mobile. But it would only activate part of it. When I go into Cellular Data Account with Wii-Fii off and enter my information I get this screen below. I called T-Mobile, they transferred me to Apple who said they need 72 hours to figure this out.

    I tried accessing my account on my iPad and had issues as well. It's possible that T-Mobile is working on issues associated with their free 200mb plan rollout.

    just got my ipad set up..now trying, same thing except mine says "only primry account holder make changes you requested" and since thats me, dont know whats up hhaha
