Apple Pay Can't add a payment card to Apple Pay on my Macbook Air M3

I can't add a payment card to my silicon Macbook Air M3, but my iPhone has this card on Apple Pay. Can't I add a card to my Macbook because:

- Mac computers with Apple silicon that are paired with a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID"?

I don't have a Magic Keyboard.
