Can't add app back after I deleted it

I accidentally deleted an app called Speed Dial #4. When I try to add it back to my iphone, the "install" icon is grayed out and I can't find a way to reinstall it. I've looked through iTunes and don't see a way either.

Any help out there? Thanks.

I have a 3Gs with the latest iOS. In the App Store app, go to Updates. Then at the top, see if you see the word Purchased with a down-arrow to the left of it. Select that.

You will next see two selections at the top, All and Not On This iPhone. Try Not On This iPhone and see if it is there with a cloud icon to the right of it.

Not sure if this will work for you, but it does for me for apps I have deleted and want back.
