Universal Can’t add state ID to Wallet

I’m in an authorized state and on iOS 15, why can’t I add my state ID to the wallet app? I don’t even the have the option. When I tap the “+” symbol, only debit or credit card and transit cards are the available options.

I'm not sure that feature is live yet.

As @WildSky mentioned, the feature is not live yet, as Apple has to wait on the initial states to finalize and push forward the ability.
