Other Can't airdrop big video iPhone SE 2020

Hey chaps.. Really confused here!
Took a 4K video it was 25 minutes long
When I try to airdrop to desktop I get "waiting".. nothing happened
Other smaller files eg photos I could airdrop..
I chopped the video down to 4 minutes, same problem..
Then I chopped it to 1 minute something and it transferred

So it seems like a bug, no warning etc..
I'm wondering if there is a file size limit for airdrop or some other bug??

I’ve never experienced such bug. Been transferring big files. Although I’m not on the SE but it’s pretty interesting.

That is weird. I have the Xs Max and have never had issues airdropping to my MP. Issue could be the network router or if you have the SE and issue with it?

You might try some trouble shooting like airdrop to a different device or upload the video to something like Dropbox and see how that goes.

Yeah weird one - have toggled bluetooth / wifi on off, rebooted, hard reset all that stuff..

Good suggestion @lclev I didn't think to try sending to my old mac!

Wait longer. You're bailing out too soon. AirDrop can be sloooooow

I would do, but Airdrop quit it dropped me back to the photo gallery, plenty of time past and nothing happened.
