So this is something that's come up with last few 'updates' to my MacOS Tahoe. It was also reported on by others several OSs ago - but seemed to get resolved. Maybe it's back...? Anyone else?
Having edited an image in Photos, I go to Export it elsewhere. I do not - under any circumstances - keep my photos in Apple's proprietary app.
Sometimes, it does so without issue - the export and destination windows popping up without issue. Other times...nothing. Earlier workarounds to this found by others was to drag the photo out of the app onto the desktop and then dealing with it there. I'm having less success with this, this time around - but what I found is working is to create a Duplicate of the photo in Photo's Library, then highlighting the original and opening Export again. Export and destination windows pop up. This working without fail. Once done, I then delete both versions from the Library.
Sigh.
