So I'm using a Macbook Air M1 8GB RAM. On the latest Monterey. This issue has been happening since Big Sur. I've tried disabling all extensions. I have no malware. I have done a reset.
The very frustrating problem I'm having is, take Chrome, for example, If I'm on a website where I need to attach a photo or file from Finder I will be able to do it about 5 separate times before it won't work anymore. I hit "attach" and nothing happens. I have to then quit Chrome and open it up again then I can start uploading attachments again about 5 more times. The same thing happens with Firefox and Safari, although with Safari I can add about 10 - 20 attachments before I have to quit and restart.
Now, I also have the 14" M1 Pro and this issue did not happen. Another difference I noticed about the two devices is when using the emoji globe button, on the Air I would have to press it twice to get it to open and only once on the Pro.
So please if anyone knows what could be causing this I would really appreciate the help.
