Please help, when I try to backup my iPhone 4S (iOS 6.1.3) my iTunes go to authorise computer. But After i gave my apple ID and password that hanged and not responding. How to solve this problem
 
did you try the absolute minimums yet? reboot your computer?

I did reboot and uninstall completely and reinstall my iTunes. I got the following result after run diagnostics

Please help

right click on the itunes icon, select run as administrator.
 
My problem solved by I formatted my c drive and fresh installed windows 7 and iTunes
 
That is not working for me. Again not responding. So I did complete format because my c drive have no valuable software. I already copied my 20gb iTunes library, can I use old iTunes library for my newly installed iTunes
