Can't back up because a session cannot be started with iPhone. ???

Hey, all.

Updated to iOS 4.0 today, and now I get a message when I plug my iPhone in saying it can't back up due to because a session cannot be started with iPhone. Is anyone else getting this message, and is anyone knowledgable of a cure?
