Can't backup iPhone yo iCloud

Hi there,

I'm currently without a laptop at the moment and I really need to backup my phone this weekend. I've tried backing up to iCloud but I've had no success. Every time I try it I get this screen but not much else. It then says cancelled or failed (can't remember which), so it pretty much gives up.

Any suggestions on what I can do? Not sure if there's too much to back up or its my wifi connection.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Got 200gb of storage if that matters.

I have the same problem with my mother 4s. I've tried everything, and it still isn't working. Just hoping that when she is buying her 6s iCloud will work right out of the box.
