Cant Boot My Windows Boot Camp Volume

Hi I have a MBP which has a boot camp volume on it, I haven't tried my XP Volume for a while, when I cme to try it via Startup Disk in System Preferences only it is no longer listed as a boot volume any idea's ?😕

Leopard 10.54
XP SP2
 
Restart and hold option once the gray screen pops up. Bootcamp should pop up and allow you to choose between Mac and Windows.
