Cant boot up whit "C" under startup

I was so stupid trying to install some windows on my iMac and now my "C" botton won't work anymore under startup.

I want to completely delete my harddrive and install OS X mountain lion on it because i want to sell it.

How do i get it back to normal or just reinstall it? I can't get it to boot on my DVD's because it wont recognize "C"
