Can't buy anything from iTunes

    I had an incident where I got charged for something I did not buy a few weeks ago. I was credited but the woman who helped me said that she deactivated my account. Now, I can't even download FREE apps off my iPod Touch becuase my account is deactivated and can't buy songs for that same reason. How do I activate my account?

    That does not make sense; recrediting an amount should not have deactivated your account unless there were some extenuating circumstances, like a fear someone else was wrongfully accessing your account or a iTunes store policy violation. I would contact iTunes Store support via the email support page or however you got in touch with them the last time around to clarify what exactly is going on with your account.
