Looks like malware to me. Run MalwareBytes: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac-download/
However you're on OS X Lion (10.7) and MalwareBytes is only compatible on 10.8 or higher. I'd recommend updating to El Cap/Sierra and then run MWB.

For the new MacOS? You can try just searching for Sierra in the Mac App Store, or clicking the 'Updates' tab in the App Store to see if it's there. If you have no luck, possibly try this: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/macos-sierra/id1127487414?mt=12&l=en-gb
