Can't Change iCloud Contact Name

Hi there,

At work, multiple people use one icloud account to keep all of our calendars and contacts in sync.

We have an issue where the last name of a contact now shows up completely wrong, and I haven't been successful is reverting it back.

I've attempted to change it on my phone, multiple computers, and from icloud.com with no success.

Have any of you encountered this, and have you discovered a fix?

are these contacts run through some kind of enterprise software, where the end users dont have access make changes? maybe the contacts are read only. is there an admin who runs these devices?
