Can't change network password on iPad

It's taking me way more than five minutes to install my Chromecast because Chrome is saving my wireless password and I can't type in the new one. I've tried going to settings and turning off save passwords, clearing saved passwords and clearing my cache on the Chrome browser.

I just tried that… It was saved there too. If this password is saved in the cloud using another device such as a laptop or phone won't work. What am I to do?
