I am in a family group with members of my family. We have been in this for a few months now. My mother has her paypal account added but she is getting billed the charges for things I have subscriptions for (Twitter Premium, In-App purchases, etc.)

I want to share my Apple TV access to them but I also dont want her to be charged for my Twitter payments and other monthly subscriptions as that can add up. My mother is the organizer and the rest of us are members or 'Adults'. I cannot 'Edit' payment options under 'Payment & Shipping' in Settings>Apple Account. It is grey'd out.

I personally pay for Apple TV+ and its shared to members of my family but will it still do that if I remove myself from the Family group or select "Stop Using Family Sharing"?? What exactly needs to happen? Will they have to get AppleTV+ on their own then? That was just an easy gesture that was nice for me to share with them.
