iPhone Can't change profile picture on Music / For You page

There doesn't seem to be an option any more to update the profile picture. Any idea how could I do it?

I just updated my profile picture a couple days ago. Are you able to tap on the picture? That should then take you to your profile where you can upload a new photo.

After I tap the picture, I see this. There is no option to upload the picture.

Perhaps something you can do through https://appleid.apple.com or https://www.icloud.com ?

I could be wrong, but don't you have to be a member of "Apple Music"? I notice in the pic you attached, it says "Join Apple Music", so it does not think you have an Apple Music account/profile.
